What the fuck? A text message? An SMS? Wouldn’t want to be the person who decide that was the best way to inform people their friends and family on MH370 are dead. Worse than firing people by SMS.

This just adds insult to the pain. I cannot believe there was not better way (or cost efficient, because I’m assuming thats what the airline was thinking about when it opted for this option) to inform those poor families. The people who made this decision should be fired….by sms.
